A two vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon sends two women to the hospital in Salina.
Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that a car driven by 24-year-old Tiffany Keith of Winfield ran a stop sign at the intersection of South and 5th Street and collided with an SUV driven by 54-year-old Kandi Gibson of Salina.
Gibson’s 2013 Kia ended up flipping onto its top while Keith’s Chrysler minivan jumped a curb and hit another stop sign.
Both women were transported from the scene to Salina Regional Health Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police cited Keith for running the stop sign.
