A Lincoln, Nebraska man is arrested on a warrant for theft and forgery.

Salina Police say 25-year-old Trevor Lomison was taken into custody on Thursday in connection to stolen checks.

Police allege that back in July of 201,  he removed checks from a Salina home in the 700 block of Harold, then forged the victim’s name on nine occasions at convenience and grocery stores to purchase items worth $846.71.

Lomison has been charged with theft of property or services plus forgery.
