Dennis D. Jorgensen, 75, of Salina, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at the Salina Regional Healthcare Center, Salina.
Dennis was born on February 8, 1947 in Salina to the late Lyle D. Jorgensen and Gladys Marie (Poore) Lagroon. He graduated from Salina Central High School.
He worked as a manager at Safeway and also worked for IGA, The Old Home Bread and the Sunflower Restaurant Supply.
Dennis is survived by: Daughter: Delynn Archer of Overland Park, KS; Sons: Mike (Jeannie) Jorgensen of Lincoln, KS and Matthew (Meghan) Jorgensen of Maize, KS; Brothers: Kenny (Shirley) Jorgensen and Danny (Kathy) Thurman, both of Salina; Grandchildren: Jonna Young, Caleb (Brittney) Piper, Carissa (Joe) Sommerlund, Chassity (James) Canterbury, Cursstyn (Braydon) Browning, Kelssey Jorgensen, Scott Jorgensen, Areial Jorgensen, Kay Jorgensen, Maddox Jorgensen, Miller Jorgensen and Merrick Jorgensen; 13 Great-Grandchildren and 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Cremation has been effected and there will be no services per his request.
