Ground is broken on a new state lab.

Kansas Governor Laura Kelly was on hand as a groundbreaking ceremony took place yesterday for the new State of Kansas Health and Environment Laboratory in Topeka.

The complex, which will be built on the Capitol Complex between Topeka Boulevard and Harrison Street, is scheduled to open in 2025.
