A suspect in a Kansas bank robbery is dead following an officer-involved shooting in Oklahoma.

Wellington police say that the suspect robbed the Impact Bank at 206 East Harvey on Friday afternoon.

Less than an hour later, the suspect was killed following a chase and officer-involved shooting in Oklahoma.

The FBI and Wellington police are investigating the case.
