A single vehicle crash on West State Street may have been caused by mechanical failure of the vehicle.

Captain Jim Hughes with the Saline County Sheriff’s Department tells KSAL News that the 52-year-old male driver suffered minor injuries after his 1998 Lincoln Town Car left the road in the 11,000 block of West State and hit a concrete bridge.

The Salina man was treated by EMS at the scene and released on Monday afternoon.
