Dorothy “Jean” O’Brien, 76, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023.  She was born in Crystal City, MO to Anthony and Clara (Henneman) Schumer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stu O’Brien in 2010 and her parents.

Jean is survived by her son, Kevin O’Brien (Kate); granddaughter, Shelby Taylor (Zach); great-grandchild, Liam; grandchildren, Lindsay Gordon, Alison Horner (Chris); great-grandchild, Quinn Price; siblings, Margie Schumer, Bob Schumer (Janice), and Jim Schumer (Trish).

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Ryan Mortuary.  A rosary will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 29th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church.  Mass of Christian Burial will follow the rosary at 10:30 a.m.  Burial will be in All Saints Catholic Cemetery, Salina.
