A Kansas man is dead following a drowning at an Oklahoma lake.

Forty-seven-year-old Daniel Siebert of Wichita was operating a boat at Grand Lake when he fell into the water on Saturday night and never resurfaced.

Siebert’s body was recovered from the lake yesterday morning.

The incident is under investigation.
