One person is dead following an ATV crash in Barton County.

Thirty-seven-year-old Wilbert Sanko died at a hospital after becoming pinned underneath his ATV near the diversion dam on the Arkansas River south of Dundee on Saturday.

A 33-year-old passenger was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
