Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary after a number of power tools were stolen from a home in the 200 block of South 2nd Street.

According to Police Captain David Villanueva, someone forced open a back door to the house and removed numerous hand tools and power tools including a Milwaukee brand circular saw, nail gun, grinder and a battery pack.

Loss is listed at $2,200.
