Thomas Edward Webb, 75, of Salina, KS, passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2024. He was born on May 14, 1949, in Oklahoma City, OK, to Houston and Irene (Biever) Webb.

Tom earned a degree from Kansas State University and worked as a highway inspector for the Kansas Department of Transportation for many years.  Tom enjoyed travel and was an avid reader of history.

Survivors include his brother, Ronald Webb (Camille), of Helsinki, Finland, and Plano, TX; sister, Saundra Carriker (Brent), of Las Vegas, NV; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Gregory Webb.

Cremation was chosen and services will be announced at a later date, when he will be laid to rest with his parents in Resurrection Memorial Cemetery of Oklahoma City.
