Fred “Keith” Rowe, 68, of Salina, passed away July 3, 2024. He was born in Ottawa, KS on November 18, 1955 to Rex and Joan (Scott) Rowe.
Keith served his country in the United States Marine Corps for seven years, specializing in artillery fire control, achieving the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Keith attended the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Oregon, majoring in History with a minor in Russian. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree at Kansas Wesleyan University in History.
Keith worked a variety of jobs before he left the work force due to disability.
His favorite activities included fishing, war gaming, and research, focusing on military and biblical history. He is credited with establishing the orders of battle for GMT Games Crisis: Korea 1995.
Keith was preceded in death by his father, stepmother Flora, and twin brother, Rex “Buck” Rowe, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Donna; his mother; brother, Richard Rowe (Jeanne); sister-in-law, Elann Hamilton and his aunts and uncles.
