A Salina man is arrested for sexual contact with a runaway teenage girl.
Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that police located a 14-year-old girl who was listed as a runaway from another city.
Interviews with the girl led to the arrest of 20-year-old Madison Marsh.
Police allege he had sexual relations with the girl at his home in the Chapel Ridge Apartments between January 18th and January 19th.
Marsh is facing 3 counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child and 3 counts of sodomy.
Police report the two are acquaintances.
