A Wichita daycare operator is charged with child abuse.

Twenty-nine-year-old Ija Hall was charged after a child living in her home was found with second-degree burns on September 5th, and two other children were found with bruises and scratches on September 6th.

Authorities say Hall admitted to smacking one of the children and making a child sit in a hot bath.
