A teen from Ellsworth was killed in a motorcycle crash near Salina over the weekend.
According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened at around 11:00 Friday night at Airport Road and Water Well Road South of Salina.
Dakota Harr,19, met with a group of motorcyclists at the intersection. When he was leaving, Harr took off at a very high speed.
Harr hit the lid of a water station pump, and lost control of his 2001 Suzuki Hyabusa motorcycle. He was found by witnesses about 600 feet away in a field.
Harr was pronounced dead at the scene.
