A dramatic crash where a truck flips sends two people to the hospital Tuesday morning.
The crash happened on Centennial Road. It involved a mini-van and a full sized pickup truck.
Salina Police Officer James Miller tells KSAL News that the two vehicles were approaching one another, coming in opposite directions. The van swerved left of center and collided with the truck. The force of the collision knocked the truck into a ditch, and onto its top.
Miller says that both drivers were transported to Salina Regional Health Center with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries. Names were not immediately available at the scene.
Miller says that the crash is still under investigation, and that citations might be issued.
The crash happened at around 11:15 Tuesday morning on Centennial Road South of the intersection with Republic Street.
