Two people were brought to Salina Regional by ambulence yesterday after a wreck on I-70EB.
Esther Ortiz-Rosario, 45 of Tampa, FL, was driving Emma Rosario-Francisco, 73 of Tampa, in a 2002 Dodge Caravan. The Caravan was struck from behind by a silver Toyota Camry trying to merge onto the highway.
The driver of the Camry, 54-year-old Kaleen Knopp of Abilene, potentially broke her collar bone and Rosario-Francisco also sustained injuries. Both were transported by emergency vehicles.
