Salina Police are investigating an alleged burglary and theft.
Police say that on Wednesday of this week, sometime between 10 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon, various electronic items were stolen from a home at 1210 N 10th Street. Missing items include a laptop computer, a video game system and game, a broadband mobile hot spot, and a portable DVD player.
There is no sign of forced entry to the home.
Total loss is estimated at $685.

In an unrelated case, police are investigating a report of a stolen ring.
A woman reports that a 3/4 carat diamond ring was stolen from a home at 221 N 10th Street back on June 4th or 5th. The alleged theft was reported Wednesday.
Total loss is estimated at $1,500.
