A Kansas waitress is grateful after receiving a large tip.
Johanna Castillo was working at Charlies Restaurant in the Newell Travel Center in Newton on Valentine’s Day. Her boss pulled her aside and showed her that a customer had left her a ten-thousand dollar tip.
Castillo is a single mother of two boys. She says that the tip came at the perfect time, after she paid her bills and got her taxes done.
KAKE reports that Other waitresses at Charlie’s Restaurant expressed how happy they were for her. When asked if they were at all jealous, there was a resounding no, rather excitement that Castillo received the tip.
