A Saline County woman reported her jewelry box was stolen.

The Saline County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a home burglary in the 5000 block of S. Fairchilds Road.

Deputies say sometime Tuesday between 9:30am and 4:30pm, someone entered the home of Melana Sandquist and stole a jewelry box full of rings, necklaces, chains, pendants plus a KU Timex watch.

Loss is estimated at $1,600.
