A Salina woman swerves in front of a police officer’s car before being arrested for DUI.
According to Captain Mike Sweeney, 21-year-old Brittney Brouillard was headed southbound on College at about 2:20am Friday and turned in front of a police cruiser to make a turn onto Park.
Patrol Officer Randy Constantino, swerved his vehicle to avoid a collision with Brouillard’s Jeep and ran into the curb.
Further investigation led to her arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol.
The SPD’s 2015 Ford Explorer had damage to a front tire and perhaps some damage to the vehicle’s undercarriage.
