Salina Police took a man into custody Wednesday morning after shots were fired into a business.
Captain Mike Sweeney tells KSAL News that just before 11am a male suspect fired at least one shot into the window at LoanMax located at 600 S. Broadway.
Police say the weapon fired was a BB gun and shattered a window.
No on inside business was hurt.
Captain Sweeney says the male fled the scene in a vehicle and was stopped near the intersection of State Street and Old 40-Highway and was arrested without incident.
Sweeney says that 47-year-old Michael Hoover of Salina was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault and criminal damage to property.
