A semi-automatic handgun was stolen from an SUV at a Salina car lot.

Police Captain Paul Forrester tells KSAL News that sometime between June 8 and July 8, someone removed a .40 caliber Glock model 23 from the center console of a 2017 Lincoln Navigator owned by North McArthur at Long McArthur Ford, 3450 S.9th.

Police say the gun also had a red dot laser sight and is valued at $700.
