A “complex investigation” is culminating Wednesday in the Manhattan area.

According to the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, the Geary County Attorney’s Office, Junction City Police Department, Riley County Police Department, Geary County Sheriff’s Office, Grandview Plaza Police Department, and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation are all cooperating in the effort.

Law enforcement officers, including tactical units, have been utilized to secure several locations which are the subject of search warrants in Junction City, Manhattan, and Ogden. Investigators Wednesday were searching those locations and conducting interviews.
