The three men charged in a Kansas terror plot will appear in court today.

Curtis Wayne Allen, Gavin Wright and Patrick Stein are accused of planning to detonate explosives at an apartment complex and mosque occupied by a Muslim community of more than 100 Somali refugees in Garden City in November 2016.

The suspects are set to appear in court at 10:00 a.m. for a status conference after they recently requested a jury be comprised of politically conservative people from rural areas.

All three men are scheduled to stand trial next year for conspiracy to use a weapon of mass destruction.
