Cindy Sue Noel was born August 1, 1956 the daughter of Troy and Margaret (Moss). She passed away June 4, 2018 at her home in Abilene.

Cindy cleaned houses and enjoyed horses, growing flowers, entering her flowers in the fair, and going to garage sales.

In 1973 Cindy married David Noel in Abilene. He survives of the home. She is also survived by her son Douglas of Manchester; and her sister Judy Clayton of Manchester. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Roger, and infant brother Ernest.

Following Cindy’s wishes, cremation is planned and there will be no services. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cindy Sue Noel memorial fund to be designated later and may be sent in care of the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home, 414 NW 3rd, Abilene, Kansas 67410.
