Budget cuts are closing the doors at Kansas State University’s research center in Haysville.

K-State Research and Extension director John Floros said in a statement yesterday that the school is seeing fewer dollars from Topeka, and is seeing fewer students. Floros say the five university workers who work at the center will be given a chance to relocate inside the university.
