Twenty-five thousand Kansas residents will be able to vote in the August primary after a judge’s order.

Secretary of State Kris Kobach fully registered the voters after a proof-of-citizenship requirement became obsolete. This means no registrations are in suspense or cancelled due to lack of citizenship documents.

Kobach is a candidate for governor seeking the Republican nomination.
