A Minnesota man is facing charges for kidnapping a Kansas teen.

Twenty-three-year-old Dechon White was charged with kidnapping. He allegedly met a 13-year-old online before coming to her home in Lenexa and having sex with her. He told the girl’s mother he was 16 and took her to St. Paul when he said they were just going to the mall.
