Sam Couch, 55, of Salina, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018. He was born July 4, 1963 in Salina, KS.

Survivors include his, mother, Carol DeWitt from Duenweg, MO; his loving companion of 32 years, Mary Adams from Salina, KS; daughter, Tisha Nickel from Tonganoxie, KS; step-daughter, Shoshona Hight from Blue Springs, MO; brother, William DeWitt from Joplin, MO; sisters, Samantha Sulsar from Salina, KS and Linda DeWitt from Duenweg, MO, grand-children, Isacc Nickel, Isabelle Nickel, and Kenneth Dixon.

Cremation was chosen, there are no services at this time.
