Riley County Police have made an arrest in connection with a murder that that happened last fall.

According to the Riley County Police Department, investigators arrested 32-year-old Steven Meredith Saturday evening.

Meredith was arrested in connection with the October 2017 death of a 48-year-old Carrie Jones of Junction City.

Meredith is being held in the Riley County jail on a one million dollar bond.
