Authorities are investigating the death of a man in Ness City.

Kansas Bureau of Investigation agents were called to a home on Iowa Avenue yesterday morning and found a 26-year-old man dead. The man had suffered an apparent gunshot wound.

The KBI says there is no threat to the public.
