No one is hurt after a rifle is fired during a tussle.
Salina Police arrested 39-year-old Joseph Houseman, 917 N. 13th, after he allegedly went to a neighbor’s home with a loaded .22 rifle and pointed it at 38-year-old Kevin Lee.
Lt Scott Siemsen tells KSAL News that the two had a verbal argument moments before, when Houseman returned with the gun.
The men wrestled and the gun went off.
A concerned neighbor called police. Police found no damage to property from the gunshot.
Houseman is facing charges that could include aggravated assault and unlawful discharge of a firearm within city limits.
