James Franklin Mullen, 76, died Oct. 6, 2018. “Jim” was born June 25, 1942 in New Castle, WY, the son of Joseph and Alice (Horr) Mullen. He was a salesman for Moore Business Forms. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet. He is survived by his son, Trevor (Laurie) Mullen and a daughter, Crystal (Howard) Richman; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren and brothers, Dode Mullen and Robert “Stormy” Quam.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 am Friday, October 12, 2018 at the Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Burial will be in the Gypsum Hill Cemetery.
