C. Wayne Spurgeon, 37, of Salina, passed away Friday, Oct. 26, 2018. He was born March 23, 1981, in Salina, to Dave and Kathy (Lorenson) Spurgeon. Wayne loved his family, collecting diecast promotion trucks, fishing, and his husky, Mishka.

Survivors include: his parents; sister, Lucinda Rageth (Bryan); brother, John; half-sister, Kristi Ann Harrison; nephews, Dylon, Auston, Brannon, and Chayton; and his aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Jewell Lorenson, and Goldie and George Spurgeon; niece, Kelly Lynn Rageth; and uncle, Ira “Bud” Spurgeon.

Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Ryan Mortuary, Salina, with burial to follow in Falun Cemetery.
