Salina Police are investigating a residential burglary near the hospital.
According to Captain Paul Forrester, sometime Monday afternoon between 2pm and 3:30pm, someone entered a home in the 300 block of S. 8th Street and removed numerous items from the second floor.
Police say a 23-year-old woman came home from an errand Monday afternoon and did not realize that burglars had ransacked her rooms upstairs.
When her boyfriend came home from work, he discovered numerous items had been stolen including a PlayStation 4 and controllers, digital camera and a laptop computer.
Loss is listed at $3,900.
Two possible suspects were seen near the home during the time frame. They are described as two white males in their late 30’s to early 40’s.
The woman told officers she may have left the door unlocked when she went out of the house on an errand.
