A thief suspected of shoplifting an iPad  is caught on video.

According to Salina Police, on January 7th a white female in a yellow sweatshirt allegedly stole an IPad from Walmart,  at 2900 S. 9th Street. The suspect left in a white Chevrolet pickup.
