Students are making summer plans with friends today at Salina USD 305 Schools as the 2018-2019 academic school year wraps up.

Middle school students will be released on Thursday afternoon at 1pm, while high school students will walk out of South and Central at 1:50pm. Salina elementary students will be released at 3:25pm today.

Opening day for the summer swim season begins Saturday, May 25 at 12:30pm at Kenwood Cove Aquatic Park.

Free Summer Food Program begins June 3 through July 19 at seven locations:

Schilling Elementary – 3121 Canterbury, side door by gym

Sunset Elementary – 1510 W. Republic, south door to cafeteria

Heartland Early Education – 700 Jupiter, north double doors off Venus

Salvation Army – 1137 N. Santa Fe, front door

Salina Fieldhouse – 140 N.5th Street, front door

Stewart Elementary – 2123 Roach Street, front door
