Stephanie R. Markham, 38, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away Thursday, June 27th, 2019.

She was born in McCook, Nebraska on June 22, 1981, a daughter of Debra (Williams) Nelson and David Eugene Ogg.

Stephanie graduated from Solomon High School and then attended Hutchinson Junior College. She loved animals and had many pets throughout her life. She especially enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews, known as “auntie Steph” to many people.

Survivors include her husband, John Markham who she married on November 20, 2010; parents, Deb and Ron Nelson; brothers, Quentin and Logan Ogg, and sister, Amy Nelson.

She is preceded in death by her father, David Ogg; Maternal grandparents, Cora and Charles Williams; and paternal grandparents, Beverly Jester and Gerald Ogg.

The family will gather to greet friends on Sunday, June 30 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio Street, Salina, Kansas

Private family graveside inurnment will take place at a later date.

Memorials may be made to Friends of the Salina Animal Shelter, sent in care of the funeral home.
