U.S. Attorney General William Barr is praising the work of Kansas law enforcement agencies.
Barr was in Wichita yesterday afternoon for a round table discussion with local law enforcement.
Barr says Kansas is a successful example of federal, state and local partnerships.
Barr also spoke about an increase in drug trafficking in rural areas and of his support for a new spending bill to pay for equipment for law enforcement and to fund substance abuse programs.
