Frances Ellinor Seely, 79, of Salina, passed away Saturday, October 26th, 2019.

Frances was born in Emporia, Kansas on May 2, 1940, a daughter of the late Fredda Lenna (Adams) and Lee Jennings Hormel.

She retired from Southwestern Bell Telephone.

Survivors include nephew, John Krey and many extended family members and her cat, Pita.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Walter Seely; sons, Lee J. Rogers, Martin Stone; brother, Ralph; and sisters, Doris, Jean, and Margaret.

No services are planned at this time.
