A burn barrel that got out of hand is the likely cause of a large grass fire near Hutchinson.

The blaze broke out Saturday afternoon in a field near the Hutchinson Municipal Airport.

The fire burned nearly 15 acres and damaged a shed, but no injuries were reported.
