John William “Jay” Strachan, IV, 68, of Russell, Kansas, passed away Friday, January 31st, 2020.

Jay was born in Massachusetts on August 7, 1951, a son of the late Dorothy Catherine (Bond) and John William Strachan III.

Jay is survived by his wife, Karen Rose (Bollig) Strachan; two daughters, Lori Ann Riedel, Melissa Jean Wellbrock (John); two sons, Robert John Strachan, Martin Devin Strachan; brothers, Kenny Strachan and Jimmy Strachan; and sister, Verlinda Strachan.

He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be at 10:30 am, Thursday, February 13th at St. John Lutheran Church, Russell, Kansas, with Pastor Roger Dennis officiating.
