No one was injured following a disturbance at a Kansas prison.

Officials say between 125 and 150 inmates were involved in a disturbance at the Ellsworth Correctional Facility on Sunday. The incident lasted about two hours.

Property damage included security cameras, bulletin boards and trash being thrown from cells in Building Two at the prison.

A minimal amount of force, including chemical agents, was used to end the disturbance.
