Margo Elaine Parker, 59, of McPherson, Kansas, passed away at 4:54 p.m., Monday, April 13th, 2020 surrounded by her family at her home.
Margo was born in McPherson, Kansas on September 8, 1960, a daughter of Vernon Lee and Nadine Yvonne (Perkins) Bonham.
Margo attended Windom Elementary School, Windom, Kansas and graduated from Little River High School, Little River, Kansas in 1979.
She was a member of Free Methodist Church, where she was baptized on Christmas Eve 2019, McPherson.
Margo was a homemaker and she took great pride in providing for her family in this manner. She also worked for Viega for 29 years and held several positions.
Margo enjoyed watching Kansas State Basketball and Football games, the Hallmark Channel, was an awesome cook and her favorite time of the year was Thanksgiving. She loved decorating her house for holidays, collecting angels and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Margo Elaine Parker was united in marriage to Jeffery D. Swisher on December 8, 2016 in McPherson, Kansas. The couple established their first home together in McPherson.
She is survived by her husband Jeffery Swisher, of McPherson, Kansas; her children, Jeffery M. Parker and his wife Tiffany, of Manhattan, Kansas, Michelle Leah Parker, of Parsons, Kansas; her mother Nadine Bonham, of McPherson, Kansas; her siblings, Vernon Bonham, Jr. and his wife Angie, of McPherson, Kansas, Carolyn Mitchell and her husband Ron, of Hutchinson, Kansas, Sandra Ladet, of Las Vegas, Nevada and Jackie Carlson and her husband Todd, of McPherson, Kansas. She is also survived by her Favorite granddaughter, Layla Parker and by her nieces and nephews, Andrew Bonham (Jayla) John Ladet, Danny Ladet, Nick Ladet, Nathaniel Schmalzried, Jenny Robertson (Kyle), Rachel Anderson (Brent), Katie Hawks (Jason), Emilie Galyon (Jake), and a special, sweet niece Alexandria Carlson.
Margo was preceded in death by her father, Vernon Lee Bonham, Sr.
