Kansas Governor Laura Kelly is planning to reveal how the state will reopen following a stay-at-home order.

Kelly announced yesterday that the state should expect more guidance on the issue on Thursday.

The governor says once the state lifts the stay-at-home order, which expires May 3rd at midnight, local communities will have the ability to impose lighter restrictions.
