NCAA Approves Activities To Resume In Three Sports

(Indianapolis, IN) — The NCAA is giving three college sports the go-ahead to resume activities starting June 1st.

The Division One Council said football, men’s and women’s basketball teams can begin working out on campus.

However, the workouts are considered voluntary so no on-field coaches can interact with the athletes.

Strength coaches are permitted to supervise. College sports were shut down in mid-March because of the coronavirus pandemic.
