Jack M. Helm Jr. was born January 11, 1962, to Jack and Mable Helm in Williamsport, PA. After a very short battle with cancer, Jack passed away on July 7, 2020.

Jack was employed by Great Plains Manufacturing for almost 30 years. At the time of his passing he worked in the shipping department. Jack had a huge love for cats, having rescued many over the years. He loved to play his guitar, ride his Harley and go fishing.

Jack is survived by his wife, Jan Helm, of the home; stepdaughter Josette Dodakian of Chicago, IL; stepson Shannon Dodakian of Riverside, CA; his two children, Christa and Dustin Helm of Salina; brothers, Robert Helm Sr. (Patty) of Salina, John Helm (Sharon) of Minneapolis, KS; nieces and nephews; four grandkids and his beloved fur babies.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mable Helm and his nephew Bob Helm Jr.

A celebration of life will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at Ryan Mortuary, with family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
