A Salina man has been arrested after stealing video games from a retail store.
Salina Police were called to Kmart (400 S. Broadway) Monday morning for a shoplifting in progress at 11:39 a.m.
Clinton Thompson, 25, attempted to flee officers, but was pursued and arrested near a creek behind the store.
Capt. Chris Trocheck tells KSAL news that more than $540 worth of games were recovered.
Thompson faces theft and felony obstruction charges, as well as trespassing charges from allegedly entering a property in the 1700 block of Beverly while eluding police.
