Barbara P. Lipen, 84, formerly of Salina, died Aug. 17, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born June 29, 1936 in Larned, KS. the daughter of Dale and Lula “Elaine” (Yates) Armstrong.
Barbara is preceded in death by her first husband, Jack Lamer and her second husband, Paul “Bud” Lipe; a step son, Rodger Lipe; two brothers, Jerry Armstrong and Jim Armstrong and a sister, Linda Irwin.

She is survived by her son, David (Kathy) Lamer, Edmond, OK and a stepson, Dewayne (Sylvia) Lipe, Salina; two daughters, Cynthia (Herb) Miller, Edmond, Ok and Shana (Bret) Stitt, Topeka, and step daughter, Teresa Villerdale, Salina. She has a brother, Dick (Jenny) Armstrong and two sisters, Judy (Bob) Hudson and Debbie (Bill) Cox, a sister in law, Glenda Armstrong, 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday August 21, 2020 at Ryan Mortuary, Salina. Burial will be in Gypsum Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 until 8 p.m. on Thursdsay at Ryan Mortuary, where the family will receive friends from 7 until 8 p.m. that evening.
